Guys chill out . You'll get her when the necessary tweaks are made to her .  You have 2 guys working on her . alexziq is coding her & zarro did the sprites . So imagine there is of passing the character back & forth for approval .  Be patient & you have her when she is beta ready .

And thats pretty much it. I sent Batzarro the character Sunday, and he found some bugs that definatly needed fixed. I sent it back, and am waiting for 2nd test results. We also need a bigger palette, and some sprites swapped. It wont be long, I'd luv for it to be on my B-Day tomorrow, but I'd prefer to have her beta as fine tuned as possible.

To be honest theres a lot of bells, and wistles I would have liked to put on her, but we decided to share the beta because we needed a Harley break, but we could have held off another month or so to add shock, fire, and frozen animations.

Zarro released a version that had a clone problem. I had the links removed not realizing this was released at other forums.

Well the good news is I think I know where the bug is on Harley. I think that it only happens with certain Screenpacks. Zarro, and I use the same pack so it makes sense neither of us noticed it. So after work Im going to DL normal Mugen, and see if I can see the bug.

I think I know where the bug is. Theres an anim that had no use in the intro, so I left it as State 0, so I assume thats the cause but I gotta see it to know if its fixed. Hopefully she'll be back up tonight.

I didn't get the palettes yet ? That's why the vid just has the original & that blue one which isn't even a palette ?

Anyway , I agree with all of you guys . The lines alexziq ripped are awesome .

I always loved that " wanna rev up your Harley , Vroom Vroom ! " line from the cartoon .

That blonde line is a classic .

Oh, i sent them to zarro, after the clone issue was fixed, so he could pick the ones he liked, cuz i think he made a few more then just the nomral 2 also

I agree with you on that DT, Alexziq did a great job on the sound rips. I havent tried Harley Quinn yet, but she looks so good in the video cant wait til midnight.

The sprites are exactly how I would have imagined Hayley looking in a 2D fighting game.
About the voices, all I can say is that the voice rips are awesome.  You wouldn't even know they were ripped from the cartoon they were done so well.   
Looking forward to the re-release.
