im thinking of making sprites for a char thats a symbiote without a host

I have to agree to a point, I mean the symbiote itself couldn't do as much without a host, but jump around and make funny shapes, but there is potential in this character....a bonus round where bunch of symbiotes come at you and if they attatch you get damaged, you have to fight or shake them off, just a thought

and the symbiote actually shows its true self without a host

Basically that was just an effect added for the movie because it would look good on screen . Don't base your history of comic things by movies , they always screw things up .

I like this ideal and the story or part of it could be that this is an ancient symbiote. Its been around for over a millenia and had hundreds of host so it has evolved to the point that it can fuction on its own. It still uses host cause of it limitations (Speach, height, etc.) but can defend its self now.

do u need an example?

Good Idea in combo with spiderman 3 idea i think its a good variation sounds refreshing

Not down anyone but y base it off Spiderman 3. So many people hate it its maynot be a good source for ideals. I like the move and thinks its the second best in the trilogy.
