Maybe on the last sprite, try making the bells(?) more round, they seem flat on the bottom. Other than that and the colour, I have no complaints.

Also, I would greatly appreciate it if you guys can arrange the sprites in order for what animation they belong to. Like idle, walking, win, etc.

^Just one more little thing to pick on you about. That little bolt thing, just under the bells, on the last sprite it's on the back of his head rather than on it's side... though it could just be me.

To be honest, there really isn't much sprites you can make from the retro games as most of those games are in 2D and the sprites are easy to rip unlike the X series where some of those games are in 3D and they barely have any sprites. Unless you want to organize sprite sheets or something like that to give you something to do cause I don't what sprites I want you to make at the moment.

Shoryuken? Why does Time Man have a Shoryuken attack? He never used it as one of his attacks in the game if I recall. The only two attacks he had were Twin Arrow and Time Slow.

To be honest, I'm not the type of person who likes adding additional moves to characters because I like making characters who use attacks in the games if you know what I'm saying. Unless we can make various versions of the characters like "Old" style where the characters uses the attacks they used in the games and "New" style where where the characters use brand new attacks.

What are the bottom sprites for? Is that his Time Slow? In the games, whenever he did his Time Slow, the rings would come out of his bells.

No he fires a small arrow which is slow and a big arrow which is fast in Powered Up. I'll talk about it more in the morning cause I'm tired.

Wow, very nice! All you need to do is change his color from blue to purple. Here is a picture of him for reference. Also, the Time Man sprites do not need to be 8-bit. I'm thinking of making various versions of each character anyway. So one of you guys can make an 8-bit character and the other could make a 16-bit version.
