« on: June 06, 2009, 06:54:20 PM »
Alright i kno some of u have heard about the homebrew channel, if u havent make sure u youtube/google it, trust me ;)

anyways for those who kno, i kno its necessary to have a sd card to transfer stuff from the computer to ur wii, my problem is, i have a windows xp, and i looked everywhere for the outlet where the sd card should go. if i dont have it, is there an adapter for it, or do i have to buy a windows vista?

I believe it's possible to use a disc instead of an SD card, though I haven't tried it yet.

Media Computers that are compatible for multiple types of Cameras tend to have SD card slots. Othwise you probably won't see it that often.

You should be able to find a SanDisk card reader at Walmart or Best Buy.. it should be able to plug in to your pc like a usb..

Just get a multiple memory card read or a card adapter with SDHC support. I ended up getting a regular SD adapter with a card adapter when I asked for a micro SD reader for my R4.

As long as your specific, you should have no problem. If your still unsure, just get a multiple all in one card reader.
