FF character template

Just thought this might be useful to new creators scared of the dreaded elecbyte template and not sure how to edit over kfms template.

i cooked up a quick one edited from kfms files of course, removed all kfms code added in a few states(just with a changestate to keep state open "need at least one state controller", for air states i used null for same reason)

well basically its all there ready for use.(some may say its pointless others may find it usefull so if your one of the usefull ones then this is for you)
