Is it possible to turn an MVC char to a SF-stlye char?

I know it's probably possible, but can you turn a MVS style character into a Street Fighter style character? (Where they don't have the over-poweredness that MVC style chars have in comparison.) I would want to do this so I could have SF style Marvel characters like Spider-Man and Wolverine. I would like to know how to do this please? (if anyone is willing to help me out.)

Of course it's possible. You could turn an MVC char into an MK char if you wanted. The problem is, it's easier said than done. The difficulty you'll have with this depends on how familiar you are with coding. If you're trying to do this for several chars, you might as well learn the basics of coding... Mugen Docs anyone?

Well to make them more balanced, you can lower the damage of an attack in the cmd.
