Haven't made an edit of something for MUGEN for a little while, so I decided, why not. All I did really was edit some time issues that made some of the animations a bit slow, like the stance, etc. Otherwise, not bad so far for Duo. :thumbsup:

Thanks this is my first character ever for Mugen. 
I'm still learning the basic, and I really appreciate the help from everyone. :)

Small issue with pallets - brightest green on head, chest and belt is still green in different pallets on some sprites(running, damage, crouch maybe somewhere else too).
Also I think he needs this attack for heavy aerial punch(though without two last sprites with no hand):

I like his ground-punching attack in mm8, would be glad if that attack make it in char.
Also thanks for Manic, it's better that way :thumbsup:

I will check the Act file today in Fighter Factory.
I'll try to upload the updated Act file sometime tonight.
As for the Heavy Aerial Punch, I don't know what wrong with it.
I think it has do with Duo Coding it keeps using the Heavy Ground Punch in the air instead of the Heavy Aerial Punch.
I can't fix it now, but I will look into it and see what I can find.
I wish someone that knew how to code could take a look at it.
There are also some bugs with the Hadoken Power Set and the Leaf Shield throw Power Set,
But again it's in the coding and I don't want to mess it up trying to fix it. -/o

Still can't fix the Heavy Aerial Punch It has it's own animation but it keeps using the on for the heavy Ground punch :-??
I need some one to take a look at the CNS file or maybe it the commands.

I Forgot that I added Duo's Hand Projectile sprite and and Removed Rush from the back ground. ( He can still be called in to run across the screen)Most of the bugs in the first Version have been fixed

Forgot to Fix duo Jump Medium Punch.  In Statedef 610 change anim = 220 to anim = 610.
(It will be fixed in the next release. I just notice that I didn't save the change before I uploaded Duo Ver. 0.3) :)

As some of might have noticed I have been gone from the Mugen scene for a while...Well good is News is I'm back. I have been slaving away in my robot laboratory working on some secret projects.  I have noticed that there hasn't been much work on Duo, Being that he was my first project there is a kinda fondness in my heart for this one.

So...My question to you guys and gals here at  IMT is what do you think of a Height adjustment to Duo?.

Here is a Picture of what I have in mind, there would only need to be a few adjustments here and there for projectiles and what not.

Too big and tall. Height-wise, the peak of Mega Man's helmet reaches about mid-way up his torso.

I dont know much about duo so i cant really address your height question. tho he is big. Now if he is as tall as G Lux just said then the height is perfect tho he seem to be living large. here a quint with a similar stance for you to do a size comparison.

 Sad to say I have to start over with my Ballade WIP (I had my PC stolen from my apartment :'() as for Sheepman he is as he stands on the forums ( I downloaded my work from the Sheepman WIP and I'm Installing CS5 as we speak...um..as I write this... :thumbsup:)

Don't use in-game resize. You guys should go back and resprite him to proper scale. If he's without a coder anyway, you've got the time.

The base of this sprite of Duo is from to Tron bone machine sprites sheets!!!

The size is diferent in all games!! example:

" The robot masters don´t have a THE SAME SIZE or HEIGHT!!!"  >:(  :)

Well, considering that it's a fighting game, maybe he can be scaled down a bit to match the others, but that's only a matter of my own opinion, especially when characters in some fighting games come to mind, like Nemesis and Sentinel in UMvC3, or Tager in Blazblue. Also, a smaller base makes for easier work in general and maybe better quality at that. But overall like I said, it's all of my own opinion. :P

It´s true Manic! ...But, but if you look at duo with that size or height, not be the same. so I created a base of guts  more big and height.

I think Master Satoshy's comparison is good. But if that's the case, that means I have to resize my Searchman. Not gonna happen.

I like the dash, good stuff!

I got a suggestion from Gate on the Scruffy board with his suggestion for Duo, this is open source.  I think this Duo is too big, but I do like how he made Duo's boots and it is very nicely detailed.  The main bases are arm and torso of Tron Bonne then enlarged Megaman parts.


That sprite is from Gate, just one sprite.

I personally like how our Duo is sprited.   ;)

I'm not a fan of mini-Duo either, but the consensus seems to be it's fine because nobody wants to go back and make him the right scale. I'm certainly about to volunteer, so oh well.

Yup, because X is already 1 head taller than Megaman and by the looks of it, online, Duo is too tall.

Mini-Duo is the size he is because of being a playable character in Power Fighters his full height would have been a disadvantage. Also given that Power Fighters was made and released before 8, mini-duo is his most inaccurate size. I would stand his mm8 sprite next to Megaman's mm8 sprite for a good size up to what his Mugen size could sit at.
