I need help making a transition Blur for when he takes out the gun.

If someone could make one for me, or teach me how to, it would be nice.

this effect is wrong.
blur should come with movement.

I need help making a transition Blur for when he takes out the gun.
this blur is more to keeps the gun in his jacket.

I've recently started redoing him, Most of the boring stuff are done. Walk backwards, gaurds, tech rolls and get hits are about the only things left.

I suck at making palletes in fighter factory, I can't seem to make anything but black a transparency.

Well, Eagle's head is that big, so I just didn't bother making it bigger.

This is the Sprite Arlequin made that my latest design is based off. (Thanks to him for this design!)
