Help replacing stage pcxs

I'm hoping someone can help me figure out what I'm doing wrong.

I have a stage called Giants Clash that I want to alter the background for. Problem is, when I try to use the change option in FF, the stage is just black when I start up MUGEN.

Those are the changes. When I boot up MUGEN, it's just black.

HERE is the zip with the original file, plus the 4 psds to replace.

Either the image is offset, or it's not indexed.
