take out portraits from character, add to another

does anyone know how to use fighter factory and copy portraits from a character and add them to another?  I wish to do this with the old Galactus on my DC vs Marvel game and give the new Galactus those portraits.

why not take the one you want out of the old one and then replace the new one with the old one?

Thats what I don't know how to do, take out the portraits from the old one

open FF (FF = Fighter factory) and then in FF go here "sprites" its on the top somewhere, "export sprites" and then pick "spr maker" hit ok and then save them all into a folder (cleaner that way)

close FF and search in that folder for the portrait and there you have the portrait... I think that should work
