Update - Happy 5th Birthday Son!!!

-changed the position of P3 & P4 dizzy guage to match juggernauts
-fixed the Yosou Kyaku/Head Stomp so it now works
-changed the Tech Hit statenos
-added the cheap death
-fixed the trip bug, so if KOed by the trip p2 does not get up then die
-changed the animation for stateno 5080
-added the slam FX to the dizzy
-fixed the alpha counter dash onto screen bug
other things but i cannot remember them all
the big portrait is ugly and incomplete but will do until the next update
from the readme file
