Mech Zangief hates his small portrait, need help

I tried really hard, but no matter what I do, I can't properly change Mech Zangief's small port picture.

I've uploaded MZ's folder and the pcx I'd like replaced Link removed...bro you ccant upload chars that you havent made, that is warehousing, you can upload the pcx, and give a link to the author page

Fighter Factory keeps screwing up the rest of the sprites when I try to replace it. Can someone give a go at it please?

Don't search anymore
if the palette of your pic is different of the palette of the character that's the why !
your swall portrait got to share the palette of your character (if I remember well).
Why don't you try to extract a pcx from the sprite.sff and cut it just to show Zangief Face ?
(eg : the face of Zangief when he performs Atomic Buster)
it's the most easy way , and you don't have to care about the pal .
