Can Mugen run on a Mac?

One of my friends is getting interested in MUGEN and She wants to try it out, but we hit a Snag in that she has a Mac.

So, my question is, Can MUGEN run on a Mac?

Yeah. Or Windows. But MUGEN doesn't run on MacOS itself.
