By the way there is one bug in his two first hypers, you can cancel theme in the wind special move (but the hyper background portrait stay).
Thinking of it, one way to make the quick foward + kicks hyper different would be to have jump off screen , have him fly thru the screen until he disappeare at the other side and have him fly back at his beginning position from the top of the screen. Don't know if i'm clear.

hyper done, but when i try add this move to AI i noted one thing, he dont have ai
to hypers and specials....
i added the hypers to Ai but not all specials, because stand, air and fly are different states, and if i try add all without made tests i can make some bug.
fixed the correct 5000+ states positions
and a minor mod in walk anim.

and he had jump wall from firebrand, removed it,
added Jason and z666 portraits, and Scourge sounds.

I'd take a crack at fixing the codes myself, but my plate's full. A shame, 'cuz Archangel's one of my favorites in Marvel  :(

you know guys this is the 2nd archangel i made the 1st was much lamer and uglier i don't know if I should be glad or not but my computer crash and the file was gone so I re-edit again now using iceman as skin template...

My only concern is that both hyper moves are screen fillers - you can attack the whole screen with both.

OKAY, here is the moment i was waiting for: my feedback ,lol
1 The character is looking great  :w00t:, maybe another palettes should be used on the wings.  ~:>
2 he is way too little *Iceman ThumbsDown!*, the question are zvitor gonna redo the sprites? or you? or do you want help from me and Z because it s not difficult to do.
3 The kicks are bad *Iceman ThumbsDown!*
4 All the attacks with the wings are so great  :thumbsup: :thumbsup: :thumbsup:
5 now another hyper portait would be better; THE ONE BY WEZTUP IS WAY BETTER ^^(PM)^
So it s an excellent start ont the character  ::salute:: , keep me posted on what you gonna do, zvitor , me and some of my pals would gladly help to improve him.  :w00t:

Good portrait Jason ^^ You just forgot to color the two violet stripes on his head and you should cover his hears in blue but i'm sure this will help a lot those who use this kind of screenpack ^^
And i agree with your feedback, except that the wings really would need at least one more level of color to give a metallic look.
I also agree with the stand to crouch wings animation being  pretty much incomplete, the violet shade would need more levels/contrast and some wings attack need a few more frames but overhall for a first try it's really a good one so congrats zujin :thumbsup:

(Oh and thanks zvitor for addings the metallic shards projectile, it couldn't really be archangel without those)

edit : oh and yeah as jason said, i wouldn't mind helping a little if their is need for that ^^

Yup that's a really cool portrait.
A suggestion for an hyper in a future update :



Blade rain, air hyper, aiming in diagonal, something like that (in fact i think archangel should have more hypers in flight mode than on the ground, seems more logical to me).
And i think the hyper where he fly thru the screen would be better has a special moves (with some shortened wings of course) since it's almost the same move than the other hyper, but that's just my opinion ^^

Euh non je disais juste que je ne savais pas si tu avais vu mon commentaire sur les oreilles étant donné que j'avais édité mon message, et que si tu l'avais vu il ne fallait pas faire attention à celui du dessus. Le sprite de havok, c'est simplement une tentative de midnight bliss en fait.

Here is the Arch Angel in my mugen, he has all the previous updates plus some minor stuff.

He has mvc2 hyper bg, and the hit sparks have been add to all his attacks. Now all his hit sparks are the same kind instead of some mvc2 and some cvs2. I also add a voice to the new hyper and fixed the Apocalypse intro sprites so he's not all doted up.

I actually was thinking the same thing...Hell he may as well be in the damn release of EOH especially if he has different attacks from Apocolype's(SP?) Wip. He is like infinity's toss some stuff in wip lol. Zujin nice start tho sure you will flourish even more in time

well its ok you want to change the image size and looks of archangel
(but hopefully your changing it as archangel of Apocalypse horseman of death)
to improve he's looks that's fine beside this character is for all of us who love mugen right..
just coordinate with the team handling the updates ok

One thing I would like to say is Zujin you should definately analyze what they have added and done to your character, i'm no coder but I can pick up a few things when looking at some of the updates compared to the older one. This will definately help you become a much better creator in the future, IMO anyway hey I might be wrong

he have some unused stuffs from firebrand, is hard to find the stuffs..... then lets keep the code.
my sugestion for now:
remove the "bash" hyper, (he have 2), and turn one of this in one special.
and i dont like the "wind special", i never saw in comics someone with wings make that...
lets remove?
add one special where he grab the enemy and fly away.
and should be cool one winpose where he remove mask.

edit: Scourge version is the last? some1 else are mod him or i can start this mods?

Yeah that's what i suggested a few pages ago. Makes sense to me too.
I have an idea for a grap hyper i'll make a concept later.
And about the grab special why not make him grab the opponent, the fly close to the ground (so basically raming the opponent head in the ground) ?
A four hoursemen would cool but i don't even remember what they looked like.
Anyway okay i'll try to see how the sprites could be improved on the shading part (i think the wings and violet part of the outfit could use more colors, and the head a little more definition). Jason t'occupes des coups de pieds ?
