WIth the bat just click it and it should run whatever it is going to do. But just to be sure can you go into notepad and go to File -> Open  and find where the .Bat is and before you try and find it please make sure to go to the drop down box labeled " Files of Type" and switch it to all files. Then open the bat and place the code in your next post

with the code tag. So just copy and paste the code from the .Bat to your next post and then highlight all the code and go to the # button on the buttons in the top above the smileys.

EDIT: NVM I just downloaded the program. yes all you need to do is just double click the .bat file and it will pop up with a black window with white writing (Dos window) and then type the exact image location and it should work.

EDIT2: does not seem like a very good program. If you are just trying to seperate frames from a .GIF just use Ifranview. It is freeware.

To use ifranview  open the .GIF and then go to Options -> Extract all frames. It as easy as that.
