Sprite Base

Hi Everybody!

Can Anyone Tell me about the base of this sprite?
I know it's Psylocke's head, but I can't tell the rest of the body.
Do you know any character that could be use as a good base that matches with this body shape?

i dont know, she look small to me, maybe she combine with cammy or rose from sfa.
