APRIL FOOLS' DAY RELEASE (BUT IT'S A REAL CHARACTER)

Mama is too polite to throw punches or kicks, so she claps her hands and some food
comes flying out from behind her. She only has four items on the menu (A,B,X,Y) and
they are only blockable while she's clapping (that's like 32 gameticks, sucka).

She's a double-res character, so even though she only has like 11 sprites altogether,
she sure looks nice!

I ripped all them from the DS game.  I had to create her lower body based off of a JPEG I found of her whole body.
