Might make it either flyable or with a sort of Apocalypse type of hyper. Still deciding on it.

I'm not sure this is helpful, but...

In the Rockman Remix Manga, Skullman had a compartment in his torso that opened up and revealed a gatling gun which fired. Maybe you could work that in?

Well here is a hyper idea, you could have him summon a giant skull that would come down and suck the other player into its mouth and chew them up and then spit them out. Another idea that I have you could have skullman send his skull shield over to the other player and make it surround them and then make it start crushing them.

Nope Its a flying machine from Dr.Willy http://www.sprites-inc.co.uk/files/Classic/DrWily/PF/  . Skullman will come in the machine  and he will hit the enemy a few times dashing ( Like the hyper of Arthur) and then he will come down and shoot him

mmmm gatling gun sounds interesting because he is a robot built for fighting purposes

Gattling gun is one of the only good ideas posted recently - makes tons more sense than a giant Skullcopter or something. He's a fighting robot, not Batman. Fighting robots are typically loaded with guns. I wonder why the old head is being used in all the concepts you guys make, though...

The secondary head is going to be used in the version 2, which I think I might've said before, maybe not. I have about 500+ sprites done on him so far, and will redo them with the newer head once they're all completed.

I agree with ANC. I think the gattling gun is a great idea. Unlike most Robot Masters, Skullman was created specifically for combat (http://megaman.wikia.com/wiki/Skull_Man) so having a wide array of weaponry built in makes perfect sense. It's definitly cooler than struggling to make all his moves bone related. I also think the big skull tank is unnecessary.

Ok so skull man is  a warbot right. Well he's got the gat in the chest, and he's got the arm cannon and the skull shield, what war bot would be complete without a melee weapon?

Maybe he can from a sword of some kind, a very early stage energy blade or even perhaps a bone sword, for like a hyper move or something. Or bone-chucks!

that is a good idea mew but, I would tweak it a bit. I think be better if he used the skulls from his skull shield to form a sword. I mean either way is fine but, that is just how I would do it.

I agree with you on that. When MvC-styled stuff's involved, you can expect everything to be over-the-top anyway.  8)

Personally, this feels...right for Skull Man. A Wily machine for Skull Man? Why not?  ;)

Looks great, but the " rib cage " looks kind of odd in the run sprites. instead of looking like a seperate piece like in the stance. It just kind of looks like it is " painted " on him in the run sprites
