why cant we find more dc characters compared to marvel

HI IM NEW TO THIS PLACE IVE BEEN WONDERING WHY CANT WE FIND MORE DC CHAR COMPARED TO MARVEL
1.IS IT DC IS NOT THAT FAMOUS
2.OR IS IT THAT PEOPLE DONT LIKE DC AS MUCH AS MARVEL
3.I KNOW ITS HARD TO CREATE A CHAR

BUT THERE ARE THOUSANDS OF MARVEL STREET FIGHTER AND CAPCOM CHARACTERS  I don't know

AND ITS REALLY HARD TO FIND DC CHARACTERS
SO FAR I HAVE FOUND GREENARROW,THE BATMAN,BATMAN,2 TYPES OF AQUAMAN , AND SUPERMAN

First thing first that a BIG A__ AVATAR 

Yeah mavel tends to be more popular but dont count DC out. Marvels characters are more human like and flawed unlike DC characters.

it's more that capcom already made a ton of marvel characters, that we just have to convert to mugen, whereas there haven't really been too many DC games to rip useful sprites from, so creators have to make those from scratch.
