How to make gifs???

Can someone tell me with which programme I should use for True-Color-GIFs (Gifs without color lose)

p.s I now that has nothing to do with mugen but please help me

Yeah, it has something to do with MUGEN.  

Oh, yeah, you can use Fighter Factory for sprites (.pcx for example) but you can always try Photoshop.

I use gif construction set 32...its an old program, but its really great, it has no color loss at all

yeah. Unfreez works like a charm, to be honest. Use that if you're not going to use Fighter Factory.
