Will this be the final release?

There is no such thing as a final release  >:D But it will be improved from the last one.

Are you using a wireless keyboard? the delay is too long for mugen to register. I suggest using a logitec game controller or, if you have to, a laptop or normal wired keyboard.

Yeah, I haven't done everything I want to do yet, so as long as even one of us is on this, it's never completely over.

Logitech Game controll of course, I've used other brands and often they just suck. Wireless game controllers are ok, basically everything except wireless keyboards will do the trick.

In use that Logitech game controller that looks like a PS2 controller. It works great for EOH on the computer. Mine is wired.

I'm pretty sure I bought it at Target for $29.99

That's the best controller for the game?

Although it may not be the best for a 6-button fighting game. More often than not I use an snes controller via a super smart joy adapter.

Its a bit difficult to pull of special attacks with the L button but its possible to play without much of a hitch.

These usually go for 20 bucks online *not including shipping*

@ DT, I agree, I always have 2 in my backpack.

@ Moonmaster, since alot of us learned to play SFII on the SNES I think that setup is great.

If you have a PS3 controller, this guide can show you how to use it with Windows:
http://www.hardcoreware.net/how-to-playstation-3-controller-64-bit-windows-7-vista/

The driver works with Windows XP, Vista, and 7, and supposedly even lets you connect with Bluetooth (I haven't tried this yet).  I've been using it for a while now and it works really well.

I'm going to play devil's advocate here  ;*))

Speaking of which, what is planned for the future of EOH? Any more characters going to be added? Updates on any of the current ones? bugs being fixed? etc.....

Inquiring minds want to know......

As if you don't know... but for the public eye, we'll tell you right now that the roster hasn't gone through any mind blowing changes. Angel, Morph and Jin have been removed from the roster pending completion. We also gained permission to add one of your mugen favorites to the roster who will remain unnamed for the time being. There's just a billion details we're still hammering out though which takes some time. All characters should have their endings completed and in the game and there are a few extra stages as well. Um, let's see,  A few more hyper attacks, a few more balancing issues worked on... the select screen has recieved minor changes as well.

Will DarkCipherLucius' eoh character updates be included in the new release? They seem like very solid characters.

EDIT: oh, any word on tag team mode yet?

DarkCipherLucius makes great chars, I agree. Maybe we'll be able to get it all worked out further down the line but until the next release is out the roster is locked down. Also the tag team patch has not been installed yet. I have a feeling deep down inside that Elecbyte just might solve that problem for us.
