MvC 2 Scaling Sprites Help Please

I was wondering if anyone knows how to correctly scale characters. Mainly MvC2 characters, more to the point: Chun-Li. I would like to get the scaling right to resemble Reza's and LegendaryXM90's MvC characters. Thanks for any and all help

Just open the cns of the character and change the size to:
xscale = 0.83
yscale = 1.07
