Short Story: Miley Cyrus took a "Chinky Eye" picture with her friends. The picture got out. Now some crazy bee-otch is sueing for 4 Billion dollars as a class action suit for all Asian Pacific Islanders as a violation of their civil rights.

That's why they did it . The Asian guy was Miley's friend . She wasn't trying to offend anyone .
