As I said on the SD Forum... if you are so stupid as to buy freeware on the internet, you DESERVE to be taken advantage of. Ain't mad at the dude, is the buyer who people should feel sorry for and be angry at.

- Some guy is selling a MUGEN ARCADE, with a customized mugen frontend:

that second video is actually pretty rad. I always hated how people's "full games" couldn't even be bothered to fix the character portraits to fit into the screenpack, but this guy went and did a lot of things I've never seen done in mugen before. I'd love to know how he did a lot of that stuff.

I have so much to say here, let's drop it down to two...

1) I think he's using the hyper background I ripped 2 years ago on his title screen
2) My eve is better organized. 
3) This guys has some great features, I don't think he's using our winhacked mugen, rather something he or an associate developed.

ok maybe i am a total newb but  is there a way to take whatever mugen your using... say my EVE and copy it from the comp and play it on a ps2 or xbox?...... i mean i know about playing it on i believe it was a hacked xbox but i didnt think u could just say burn your mugen onto a disc and pop it into your system, maybe u cant and im just wishing but some clarity here would rock   

and ps.. no im not some douche thats gonna go and sell someone elses work , hell even if i knew enough ppl who would by my mugen characters i have on my pc  i wouldnt make more that 5 $ ....cause i only know of 1 that dosnt know its a 100% free.... i would just like to still play when my pc crashes or if it crashes , like my laptop did,that has been sitting against a wall for a month now

The only way I really play mugen is on the Xbox . I just use the comp version for testing characters .

You can run it off the hard drive or a disc . Xbox has to be modded , either way . I have never seen it run on the PS2 .

like all free games, they are capitalized when they just shouldn't be. The same thing happened about a year or so ago when some guy tried to sell street of rage remake by bombergames on ebay.

Being a proud player of such freeware, In disheartens me to see curious buyers suckered out of cash over a free download you can find off of google. alas in the case of mugen, its not necessarily copyrighted to a single person but more or less the entire internet. I still think it is wrong, but i can't do anything to stop it. best we can do is make a better mugen, for free.

He claims to be Reversed engineering Mugen code. Its this true?

- NO: he sent to me some portions of the "code". Its not on the Mugen original language
- YES: some of the updates could be done just with some code injections into Mugen codes.

Some what he done is quite possible, but its one of the many mugen hidden features. There is a lot of they.

well ,yeah. It's not god's gift to mugen, and I wouldn't be surprised to see stolen sprites and stuff in there (hell, he's already stealing and selling characters) but having a top score list during demos, and a continue screen with a countdown, and a world heroes 2 deathmatch mode is pretty sweet. I'm very curious to learn the specifics on what he did, like if it's not the standard mugen, what is it?

I, too, have a more organized EVE, but I really like how scrolling through categories on his screenpack has the icons change. I'd love to do that in my personal edit of the EVE screenpack instead of text categories.

he hustlin no big deal.. I mean its only a game big deal sometimes ppl have to do anything they can to get by u dont know what this guy is going through even though he may be wealthy but at then end of the day u still got ur mugen and wat he does wit his is his own business.
