Did Elecbyte change the faqs on their page?
Did the 2nd faq always say that. (release an uncrippled build of Windows M.U.G.E.N)
and the thing at the bottom says

You know, I always thought that the answer to the last question in the FAQ was a fair indication that it was fake. But I guess it wasn't a good enough indication for others.
