Every fighting game seems incomplete without a joke character, deadpool although a master in hand to hand combat, he is pretty silly.

But to be a joke character you have to be nearly useless, quite a challenge to master, but an ordeal to win with.

ENTER FORBUSHMAN!

before anyone asks, yes he is a marvel character dating back from the 60's or so. you can find out more about him at wikipedia.

I'd like to know why this WIP has 2 threads? Can't you ask this question in your project thread?

I could but:

1. This is a discussion based question
2. I dont want to clutter my WIP topic with it
3.It's based on the Mugen Community's ideas and suggestions leading to discussion

So i believe that i should stay here, but thanx for your concern, and i really like the Forbush idea moonmaster :)

Um, all threads are discussion based. By that same logic your trying to state, whoever else has a WIP could start a new topic here to test some theories or whatever before putting it in their main WIP topic thread.

And if you were so concerned about clutter in that original WIP thread, than you would not have made half of the posts you've made there already. Plus, I seem to recall you making a post in your WIP topic about a set roster of characters you wanted, as in it already being made up due to the storyline you were hoping for.

I really love to see Laura Kinney, a.k.a. X-23. Probably with the same low stance as Wolverine, and somewhat the same attacks, albeit with added foot-stab attacks.

Because, It's Midnite

Well, if you were actually readiing my topic you would understand that i never said those characters were specific to a storyboard concept and we recently have labeled that list as just a guide, that is to be referenced. So i think this topic is perfectly fine, and since now administrators have had a problem, please refrain from posting if you don't have any char suggestions

what?  :(|)

I think that one guy was right, this could have gone in your WIP thread. Heck, you're doing pretty much the same thing there right now, as far as finding out whose characters you can use.

eh, whatever. On topic, I second Forbush-man

I hold to my premise, by the logic your using to start this thread, anyone else who has a WIP could start a new topic here to get feelers out for whatever.

I'm going to start off by saying my post isn't going to be a character suggestion, but a question - one that could assist with character suggestions.  I guess.

Why is your project called War of Attrition?  Maybe if people know WHY it's being called that, they can appropriately give suggestions.

I mean, if it's called War of Attrition because you want it based on Civil War, then, wouldn't it make sense that people should suggest characters from Civil War, and not just random Marvel characters?

Hopefully that's 'on-topic', because really, if it's a project, and we don't know exactly what you're aiming to do, it's hard to suggest anything.

I mean, I could list off half the Marvel Universe if I was so inclined.  Doesn't mean anyone is going to make those characters, nor that they'd fit into a project.  Characters need to fit a project.  A project doesn't need to fit characters.  If that makes sense.

Either way, I understand why you're looking for suggestions, but, if you could perhaps elaborate a bit more on what you're trying to do, you might find more worthwhile/valuable assistance/suggestions.  Just a thought.

That's another problem with this whole project . It's War of Attrition & there was a list of characters that were supposed to be in this . But then J-Dogg just started running around & scarfing up anyone making a Marvel WIP . If they agreed to let him use their character , they are being added . This is no longer War of Attrition .

It should just be called " The Marvel Universe " or something to that nature .

Speaking of stances, Sei has personally allowed me to use his Wolverine stance for our game, it does need editing though:
