I tried everything and even if I cconvert this file to a MP3 or WAV it doesn't sound the same

where do i get it? I don't even know what the file looks like or the name of it. Could someone help me out

Its called inmad.dill or something like that, I dont have it anymore.

Just redownload mugen and it'll be in the plugins folder. If you haven't deleted it then it should be there still.

the main site where you could get mugen is gone or something and it doesn't seem like there's any other way to download the plain mugen
