Cutman v1.1 update

I updated Cutman to V1.1 with a new and cheaper AI, a new stance, fixed some palette issues and other things all mentioned in the readme.



I included BG music with the stage. It weighs in at a hefty 10MB's.

When you say "cheap", do you mean "challenging, but balanced", or "cheesy-butt crappy broken"?

Okay, so I tried it out. He wasn't that tough, but his AI has an annoying tendency to infinite you to death with his vertically flying scissors.

It's the cheap characters that always beat me. :P
Nice update Excursion!
That's really all I have to say, though I still think that stance needs a tad bit of work.
All you should do is try to smooth out the sprites where his arms go above his head and back down again.
Besides that one little thing, I still love Cutman.
Very nicely done Excursion!

Because AI is something I am learning. What's the best way to create AI? Make a cheap one  :P So until I get better at it, you are stuck with V1.1's AI or V1.0 AI whichever suits you better.

Exactly. I'd have no problem with this AI if it didn't abuse that move.

Yup, especially now that I am armed with some of Sludge's knowledge of AI coding (thank you Sludge ;) ) My next update will fix the cheesiness. I wanted to try my hand at coding my own AI by studying tutorials I searched for online (like Sykotik's general AI coding toot) and it helped me to a point to where I understood what did what, but I got a more in-depth look now so that will be fixed in a future update, so everyone stop complaining.    :D
