the first creators of mugen

ive had this on my mind so i thought id ask here so who are some of the founding fathers of mugen? like who are the people who started creating also do any still create to this day?

eh, Ilu's old school, but he's not a founder. 

Elecbyte was the creator of mugen. It's kind of a company, I guess. The first characters besides KFM were the six conversions from TESTP, rumored by many to be members of Elecbyte. The first six are open source and currently hosted at RandomSelect.

If you want to know a little more about the history of Mugen, check the docs folder and then take a look at the ReadMe and Mugen FAQ. Rumor has it that they were gonna expand the engine but they ended up blowing a bunch of money in Vegas.

So there you have it. Elecbyte and to some extent, TestP.

ok so testp i see i knew elecbyte i meant like people who expanded mugen and testp has 6 chars  where can i find this other char i only have 5 guile,mary,xiaohou dun,shinobu, and ryuri

though that last sentence about Acey and them may be true.....I think they knew someone that knew someone that is connected or was part of the actual creators. that being said one in the group mentioned must have known someone and they did its no wonder they choose to stay in secrecy about their true identities. I know it isnt Big O though. But anyway u will never get an officially straight answer to that question due to the simple fact that its top secret stuf they will take to their graves. and honestly i if knew i wouldnt tell or expose myself or its other members of Elecbyte to this very day......then again u have to get to the closest source to find out what you need
