How to change the hair and making it apply to others

i need help when i was changing ryu hair it changes his skin color alittle and i wanna only fix the hair how do i do that

Well if colors from the hair are mixed in with the body, then the only way would be to edit the sprites so they dont share any colors. Which means you'd have to edit every single image of him in an art program.

Depends on you, and whats going on arround you. Color seperation does get tedious really quick, just to warn you.
