I'm going to start at the bottom of my 5:

5. Arthas (Warcraft Series, World of Warcraft)
Arthas used to be an awesome power for good, but now he's an evil being with near-unlimited power!

4. Bowser (Super Mario Series)
What says legendary like being known all over the world as the arch nemesis of the epic Plumber?

3. M.Bison/Vega (Street Fighter)
He even succeeded in turning Ken evil once. Amazing, eh?

2. Sephiroth (Final Fantasy VII)
This mother $&@#^% KILLED AERITH!!!!

1. Kefka (Final Fantasy VI)
This is one of few video game villains who actually succeeded in his quest to destry the world. Who else can say anything to that?

1. Darth Vader - destroyed an entire planet to get death star plans, killed younglings, consistant betrayls, killed both his masters, tried to kill hiw own son, killed his student, more powerful then anyone, cool armour, a lightsaber, and very evil.

2. Shao Kahn - ruthless conquerer, shows absolutely no mercy and failure is not an option, "you will die," obsessed with earthrelm and edenia, imprisoned his predicessor onaga, just in general not a nice person

3. Sweet Tooth - a savage serial killer that drives an ice cream truck with a clown face and a head of flames, awsome! "shut up and bleed you mother f-"

4. Darkseid and Thanos - in my mind the main villians in the marvel and dc universe's, most of the major battles in their stories have included these characters.

5. Link - my personal nemesis, the most pointless character from the most pointless game ever created, i will forever dispize that demented elf with pinnochios nose, peter pans tights, volcan ears, who talks to ferries and trees, saving the same bloody princess each game while fishing and using a wooden mallet, sword, sheild, bow and arrow, hearts for health, dumb sounds, that stupid little farrie constantly saying "hey," i downloaded u in mugen just so i can kill you in every way possible you miserable mother f- piece of monkey sh- jackass snake licking tree kissing pompus swamp bucket dickhead! die! die!!! DIE!!!!!
tomba would have also been acceptable.

4. Ridley. He's a dragon, man. (Metroid Series)
3. Sephiroth. Look at his sword. It's covered by clothing if you know what I mean. (Final Fantasy VII)
2. Ganondorf. Immortal, a sword, evil magic, and a transformation into a boar. (Legend of Zelda series)
1. Bowser. First thing that comes into mind when you think about a villain (unless you haven't played the Mario Series)
