Comparing side by side this older one is smoother. His upper torso is positioned more forward so it looks like the front leg it supporting his upper body position. With him leaning back it looks a little awkward. Also the animation of the old one is just a tad smoother. I would incorporate the ideas from your older stance into this version

I have to agree . The old one looks better . The new one his chest muscles just kind of move on their own & he does seem to be leaning back too much . If you want to have that upper body , change the legs so he is standing more straight up

Need some help.

I've been working on his stance but ran into a prolem.

When ever I put him fighter factory to animate him I get this pallet instead of the one i'm been usning. This is how it looks.

I have no idea on how to fix this. Whenever I start to animate him as a gif the pic looks all distorted.
Looks like this.

 Any help would be appreciated.

You need to change pallete 0..

I use paint shop pro, and if you open it up and look at the pallete order it will show you which one pallete 0.

Alright. Thanks to spidermew Tutorial I was able to get the colors done the right way.  So this is the stance I have been working on. Let me know what you think.

Looks great so far. I just want to say that I'm sorry I jumped to the wrong conclusion about your Bane being the same as Batzarro's.

No big deal they real similar. I'm sure they will mush more different though. Once you see more of his work on Bane I'm sure you'll be able to tell the difference

Been working on his stance a little more and added a few more frames to it. Let me know if it needs anymore work.

Almost done. Still need to work on the speed for most of the animation.

I like the additional sprites added into it, but that might be best if it were broken up into a tease instead. The only reason I say that is because as is, if he were to get hit, start walking, crouch, jump, or do anything in general it might look odd without additional transition frames for all of that.

In any case, it looks great.

I think you can have that change in the stance, just make 40 of so frames in so it doesnt change as often.

Ok this is the stand that I'm going to stick with. The timing may need a little work but I think it's good over all. I clean up some of the ruff edge's.

Now I'm going to get back to doing the rest of the sprites.

I think it looks great .

Even if a move doesn't match up , you can always add those " transition " sprites later to those moves

I think you should create one venom sprite just to see how that one looks compared. This one looks pretty big as it is.

I'm working with someone when it comes down to his size. All part of the character.

For his pumped up version, the size you have isn't bad. The problem is it looks like he just grew in size (sorta like Giganta) instead of actually getting muscularly bigger.

After not being able to get a complete sprite sheet for the Bane I was using and not being to convert the ones I had and the one's I got I started working
on my new Bane. I don't know wheater I'm going to have to start completely over or not but this is what I did last night and what I'm going to stick with.

That looks better IMO, much cleaner. Will be able to convert the pals for you though (will PM you later today), so not sure if you'll be going back to remake the older sprites look like this. I think it'd be well worth it, just time consuming is all.

If this is his new stance, it looks great, but I'd change the arm sticking out behind him. Looks too awkward. Aside from that, that's a kick @ss stance.
