How to make cpu difficulty harder?

Is there Multiple ways to make the computer difficulty harder? Plz help mugen sucks when the characters i like are easy...

aw man sometimes i will get a mugen or a screenpack and the difficulty will be crazy like eve battle brings out the hard out of ur characters but when u switch screenpacks its just easy, problem is i dont like eve screenpack very much.

oh wait i know now ok go to the mugen.cfg file in your data older and check if ai cheat is on if its zero turn it to 1 then your chars should be good if not that then idk
