CNS Questions
« on: December 29, 2008, 10:41:59 PM »
Alright, I don't create characters, and only occasionally make any type of edits to them, but after looking at the CNS's of the characters I notice for the most part creators leave the health, attack, defense info moderately untouched but I have ran across instances where they have been modified, which is fine, but some characters are immensely overpowered compared to other characters, and I know that is in part to them being made by several different creators, but does anyone here edit the cns to make match ups a little more realistic, or will it even make a difference. Example: Superman VS Spider-Man. I would think that Superman would have more Health, Defense, and Attack than Spidey. So my question is does anyone have any base info to update the CNS with to make the fighters a little more balanced, or unbalanced as somecases maybe. All I would need is the health/attack/defense/etc cns info for a few superheroes/villains. If not, it is fine. Thanks if anyone has any info that could help out

Just change those parameters to whatever you see fit.

I kind of figured that, but I was looking for reference points if anyone had already started editing the CNS of various characters

at the beggining of the cns, you can find the general data of the char, like, health, attack, defense, jump, and some other stuff.........but if you want to edit one attack, you should need to find the statedef, and edit the parameters that you need
