How do you use a character as a Base/Put new sprites...?

How do I do this in Fighter Factory?

Anyone?

Edit:

1. I open Fighter Factory
2. I open SFII Zangief
3. I replace one Zangief stance with a Haggar sprite (in .pcx form)
4. I press "Save All"
5. Open up Mugen and theres nothing there

Open a char and replace the sprites, one by one.

Once u opened fighter factory
u click on the paint board looking thing at the top
then on the side were is says "image or pallet" click on the open image thingy.....(note:u should have the sprites saved as .bmp or .pcx
when u got ur image click the second blue thing on the bottom of the same side
then make sure the color u wan't transparent is in the last box on the right

find it on the pallet grid and make it the last one on the grid(last on the right side)then save it(with the first button on the top right side)

Holding down shift when you click can select a bunch of colors, holding down controll you can click a bunch of differnt ones and transfer what you want, if you dont want to move them all.
