Soundpack, voicepack, sound patch... whatever the correct term is.  Anyway, I wish I could post a video of it in action but I don't know how to record a video with sound.

It's my first contribution to the MUGEN community.  I know ElvishSpirit already released an English voicepack but I wanted to do my own.  I only edited the Spanish voice effects and I'm sure someone else can make a better one but I think this one's pretty good.
