I wish i could help but you do know that a gouken was already made? He can be found in the acended mugen website but if your look'n to make ur own then try asking spidermew...I think he's a good spriter.

I know about that Gouken. I wanna make a characters thats closer to the SF4 version

I was actualy thinking of doing something like this myself, I was going to use some E. Honda Sprites... Maybe that will work for you, i can try it out if ya like
