after a very loooooong time he's finally ready for the public. He will receive weapon updates as long as people release mvc megaman characters. He's not compatible with all MM mvc characters yet but he will be. Please give me some feedback and bug fixes. I already know about the division by zero bug so theres no need to report that one. All feedback is appreciated.

EDIT: Sorry I forgot to update the readme. Will be done later. :-??

wow so many unexpected releases  /:O

EDIT: played with he character and all I can say is he is F***ing great, I love that u added rush tagging along this time and the move where he fuses with rush is great   :thumbsup:

Ok, having my brain returned to me I've noticed a few things.

1) He doesn't combo as well as his last version.

2) The new Super Megaman lvl 3 is cool, but rather ineffective. Maybe the rocket punches are too slow?

3) His air combos are hard to do against characters his size. lol?

ill have to disagree with the lvl 3 super the punches target the enemy and follow then around till they hit, plus u can spam the punches for the time limit of the super, u can almost take near half a bar if u do it right

Actually, I can do 'best foot first' from a super jump.  That's odd, you can do one thing I can't do while you can't do one thing that I can do.

you have rush run qcf+a,  beat fly down qcf+b,  how about having roll for the qcf+c motion, have her throwing the exploding group of flowers

how about when with megaman hyper ( the one where he is big and everyone is running out how about adding roll hyper form with the missle boobs equals double damage )

add roll could have some fun winpose and inros

Best Mega Man character in Mugen. Chaotic, you're one hell of a creator. I want to be able to make my chars as cool as yours. My hats off to you.

Love the wind hyper, love the aerial exclusive Astro Crush, Flying Mega Man reminds me of Rock Man 2 sort of (that's the game where he looks like he's flying on the cover? I could be wrong.) All of the new moves, they're all great, so is his Hyper Mega Man. A couple of things though...when he grows big and knocks the other player air-bourne...a beam spark is shown, I think a fierce punch hitspark should be present instead. After all Meg's body isn't a part of his beam, it's the vessel that it comes out of.

Also, I notice in this particular Hyper Mega Man super the beam pushes the opponent all the way to the back of the screen and not hitting them in one place like it does on MvC. Was this done on purpose? I like it either way but was wondering if you intended on keeping it a push-away beam is all.

Tremainekr...I got nothing against Roll or your idea but I think Mega Man is fine on his own un-aided.

Wow, really great Megaman, ChAoTiC!  You really gave him some original edits!  I love the changes you made with his projectiles and using his mutt as a striker!  The hitsparks are really nice, too.

If I could make a few suggestions:

1) I would think about adding the highlights and shading to his helmet and boots like he had in the MvC games.  It makes him look a little more complete and 3-dimensional.

2) Maybe add his original taunt where he sticks his tongue out at his opponent.  Maybe make it to where he alternates between your taunt and his original.  I like his old taunt because it was funny and really added character to him.

3) And lastly, please think about giving him his old stance animation back where he blinks his eyes and whatnot.  Helps him to not look quite so static.

Otherwise, really great character!  I think with a few touchups, he'll be one of the best releases we've had in a long time.  Thanks!  :w00t:

On number 3...I think he'd just look like the rest of the Mega Man's in Mugen if Chaotic did that. This new stance makes him unique it's sort of Chaotic's own take on Meg's. Besides I like it because he moves more livelier instead of that static stance Capcom gave him. :D Definitely agree with you on number 2 though. Now there is a bright idea, have Meg's keep Chaotic's taunt and add in his original. The more content included to this character the better. ;) I also tend to agree with your number 1. Shading him in the mentioned area's couldn't hurt so long as they don't ruin the character art.

BTW Chaotic I just caught onto something, dunno if you noticed it and meant to get it later but Mega Man's beam, when the beam fully connects there is only a beam animation at the bottom even if the person is at the top. Here I shall demonstrate:


If you could make it so the beam hits at the spot in which the opponent is located in like MvC it would be alot more accurate. After all the beam counts as a hitspark too and sparks goes where the opponent is. If you need an example play MvC1 or 2 and take a look at the Hyper Mega Man beam. That should give you an idea of how to apply the beam. Hope this helps. :)

1.  The highlights were taken away for that very reason, the cool megaman authentic pallets wont work right with them.

3. The stance stays, it gives him originality as spidercide says.

@spidercide:  The hitspark for the hyper megaman is changed.
