the first chars besides KFM were created by TESTP, a splinter group of Elecbyte. They're all open source and downloadable on Randomselect. There's a few KOF chars and a Guile, i forget which ones exactly.

oh yeah i have his guile pretty cool if ya don't have him you should get him has some really nice moves and is a sf2 sprite that does moves from a bunch of other games he was in and also has a move where he thinks of Charlie then does a powerful punch or hit
