I have released Gareth from Mega Man Xtreme 2 and he's available for download on my website. P.S.: Please realize that I just started making characters for mugen so please don't criticize me about them feeling incomplete.

Sadly, I can't change the folder name to Gareth or else the character won't work. :( However, you can change his display name to Gareth.
