If you're wondering, yes, those are basically all his sprites. I have a slight idea of how to do this character, and I will add some additional sprites, like the Heavy Lourde, as well as completing the Midnight Bliss.

First some things:

• This character will be either horribly broken or piss easy to beat, but most probably the former. Either way, it will make you incredibly sea sick, a design choice I made, which most probably will not be one of its strong points, to put it lightly.
• This character will not be compatible with the Stinkoman on this site. This is unfortunate, but I wanted to measure it up to the other Capcom like characters, since I'll be using the EoH template (despite the fact that I will most probably overhaul the whole thing).
• Youtube film coming up later today / tonight / tomorrow (depending on which region you are).

I think I've won the powerball!  Homsar euphanisms aside, I'm excited to see a 2nd homestarrunner character make it into mugen.  All we need is Homestar, and everything wil be perfect!

Seriously though, I fully approve of this project. The trippier you make this character, the better. There shouldn't be a whole lot of normalcy when it comes to Homsar. Bonus points for using Eh Steve!
