Need to rip sprites from MAME

Hi everyone,

I just experienced a good game while playing MAME:  Battle Circuit


The characters are very eccentric, and being a game by Capcom, they have fighting styles that, in my opinion, could fit well in MUGEN (aside from a lack of crouching attacks).

I know how to record video of MAME games into a MNG file, but I don't know how to isolate/extract sprites from the MNG file itself.

Any help here?
