[Hi-Res] KOFXI Alley Stage

Heres my second hi res stage from KOFXI, with me not having the game i had to make it using just screenshots and videos of the game, so some of the ticks of the animations maybe off, if anyone could supply the actual ticks from the game it would be very appreciated. Any other bugs or problems let me know and ill get them fixed asap.

Also, the KOFXI Ice Palce stage was updated with just a few bug fixes.
