How to fix the bottom bars? (Eve Screenpack)

I am tired of replacing characters due to the fact that my bottom power bars overlap characters that have another bar such as the SNK characters. Is there a way to fix this or move the bottom bars out of the way so I can see the bar beneath it? Better yet is there a way to just change those bars altogether cuz they look way too thick?

(If someone could give me the exact names of these bottom bars that would be great as well)
