Hey Vyn, found a problem, during his psycho cutter super, the hit pauses are either too short or the clsn boxes are too small cuz in the middle the opponent can hit you. But besides that excellent release as always

nice character indeed, awesome rugal, a mix from kof to cvs moves  :) but need better hosting  :-SS anyway, just one flaw, after I have perform a repuken and either it miss or get hit on opponent, I can't perform another repuken, it use attack move then it can perform repuken again. Other than that, it is an awesome release  :w00t: congratulation once again, worth adding in my select screen  :w00t:

I didn't think I was going to say this but...wow!

First off, I agree with the other member's feedback and I'd like to suggest a more agressive AI (he is Rugal after all), other than that I believe your Rugal is as good as TLOF's and/or @ndroide's. Awesome job.

He's very "user friendly" btw! kudos on that too.

ability to air guard a move is not decided by me but by enemy, snk chars usually dont allow it, cvs2 accurate only for a few moves, thats why

he CAN parry, its just not as ez as sf3 or my previous chars, needs good timing

a second repukken can only be used once the first has completely dissapeared, including explosion effect, its usually after the first makes contact tough, tahts true
