i dont know who made him but it the one with the bone claws.

i just want know how to make a palette  . i looked at some tutorial but i couldnt get it to work. can anyone help me.

Get fighter factory, open the character with it, and press the button that looks like its got a bunch of paint on a board.
It will  let you chagne the palette, then click the save button, name it, put it in the folder, and then just add the pallette name to the def file.

i just want know how to make a palette  .

it's all about adjusting colors in fighter factory and going from light to dark in that color scheme. think ya have to click on various colors you find in a certain area of the character and look for the window showing how you can adjust it
