if you guys havent noticed....AXL has two guns not one. and he holds one in each hand. but im pretty sure you guys already knew that. and for his launcher i think the Cable idea is great but with two guns he could shoot each blaster once for a total of two hits making the move more Axl style and less Cable style.

Yeah, he has two, but he typically runs and guns with one. The second is usually involved either with Special attack like his Copy Shot or the tag-team attack in X8.

in X7, once you defeated a boss, axl will gain different types of guns, it should be his skills, like changing his guns like cable...

his skill set from X8 is awesome!

several of those can even be used has hypers like the Ice Gattling and the Flame Burner.

Heres a few sprites for the jump/ super jump.


So everyone knows im using X8 as my primary source for attacks. I am going to look into any other ideals thrown at me Like the Ideal donaldb22 had with cable and the White Axl mentioned a few pages back

I going to use the garnaid luncher from X8 and mayb the rocket luncher too.

Ive decided to sick with mainly X8 and thanks for helping me confirm my decision. I haven't beat the game yet Im replaying it now so thanks to you i going to beat that Ice boss cuz that weapon sounds awesome.  :)

for his a-trans (changing form of other characters) moves dont forget he made a comeback in megaman zx advent as the biometal Model A and he copied megaman zx advent (hybrid of megaman and zero into one) and lots of other characters. i know you are keeping to x8 but i thought i should mention that because there are a lot of cool moves from that game especially his giga crush

That metal from ZX resembles Axl but if you look up the profile for that metal its not based off Axl. That is one of the reasons i wont use that that.

Also its a great ideal and ill look into it for other ideals but probably wont do that exact attack cuz its not Axl.

OMG Model A, totally didn't see that coming when I got there.

ZX's story seems to run two stories in tangent, yet seperated at the same time, and that makes putting it together hella-confusing.

Im not sure what u mean but i think ur talking about the gun in the squat in the jump animation.  I have to do new gun sprites. The ones i use now are just 2d, i got to create sum dat are in the 3d dimension. Ill do dat in due time. peace. :)

Hey peps Rage Double posting again 8=|

Anyways heres the news: Looks like in about two weeks im going to get my labtop back so ill be able to invest more time in this project:

When I get my laptop back Im going to up date the first page with all this projects info:


Tell me what u think of this sprite for one of the air punches

And this one for the Lite jump kick


This would be a possible Hard Punch with the gun in hand striking opponent unless folks want want to c a stright pistol whip

I was thinking about using this shoulder charge for Med punch but IDK if would look right

I got my laptop back quicker then i thought so as of now im going to compile a , list of all the ideals tossed by way and create that new attack list and finish Axl's basic movements.

I, eh, I think that portrait needs some work. More like, a lot of work. It kind of looks like a mixture between Bert and Ernie.

I mean, it's really in contrast to the actual sprites of this character.

You need to work more on perspective... if you had axil's helmet on and someone looked at you from face on, they wouldnt see giant white thingys like that

well anyways i guess ill find a drawing to reference for a better view

Edit: This is the best pic i could find from the front. I agree my pic needs work but i dont know what to fix it just doent seem  right though. I will change the yellow pieces on the helmut and add siding to the helm too.

Using the figurine  is not a bad thing to use for the drawing. Not to be rude but, be truthful I would say find someone with good drawing skills to do the portrait.
