walkin animation

I got 20 animations but walkin animation seems a little twitchy and like its something holding her back a little, which is weird because i used the same animation for the walk back and it looks fine.  I played a little bit with the speed of the walk and the tic time for the animation what am i doin wrong?

Post a gif or some kind of anim so we can see. Some characters have totally differant walking forwards and back, som walk backs dont look right moving forward, and may need lined up differant for a forward walk

also it started out as a walk foward because it's rogue walk foward it just seems weird that it would look better walking back(when its not her walk back animation-her walkback animataion has her arm halfway) than me implanted which is what it was intended to be by capcom doesn't

Do you have a photobcket? if not get one, youre going to need it if youre getting into this. to make a gif, find your animation in the animations, and click the cactus symbol on the left toolbar, and save it after it completes. upload it to photobucket. It will give you an image code to post it.
