billy/blue ranger for mugen

ok so since theres no blue ranger for mugen and the guy working on the other one quit I have decided to take over, and my blue ranger has a twist added to him

with my character you will be able to fight as billy or morph into the blue ranger. this is my very first mugen character and members at xat.com/IMT_MUGEN_TEAM already know that I am doing this. after I finish this I might also make the yellow and pink rangers as well since noone has taken them over yet.... got anything you can help me with send me a pm please

OMG, Kapper posted! Anyway good luck with your w.i.p. If you want to speed things up a little, you can use sprites from my Black Ranger char. You can just give him a blue palette. You'll still need his char specific sprites though. (Like his pose, using the power lance, etc.)

wait how is this gonna work? ok ur playing as billy is he gonna be weak? so de wen u morph is he gonna b super stong? cuz if thats da case wouldn't every jus play as da ranger? unless u gotta charge up ur power meter or sumthing to morph and wen u do morph ur way stronger and faster but at a price it only last 4 lil cuz da power runs out

there is someone already working on the pink ranger (almost done too) but the blue ranger has never been made nor the yellow ranger either  don't know if the first red ranger has been done either (the one that has the diosaur robot) the blue ranger would make a great addition to the mugen power rangers crew. I hope somebody makes lord zed goldar scorpina and rita soon.
