for some reason when I try to type a name or anything in photoshop it doesn't show up

does anybody know why

cause without typeing in names I cant make avys...

it might be that the font is too small. try switching ot to something bigger like 24 or 36

Try a different program like gimp: http://www.gimp.org/windows/

aint going to use gimp (u cant move stuff in gimp)
